This approach to credentialing supports ongoing learning and development, encouraging leaders to engage in reflective practices, action research, and the collection of evidence to demonstrate their learning and contributions to school improvement.
- Participate Partnership: Ken talked about the value of the Participate partnership in supporting a community of practice for educational leaders. He touched on the integrated digital badges to support microcredential pathways for educator-learners.
